NSEOF Enrollment Confirmation System Help

WHAT IS THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION SYSTEM?

The Enrollment Confirmation System is an online tool where admitted students can confirm their plans to enroll at the UW and pay their New Student Enrollment and Orientation Fees (NSEOF) using a credit card or web check.

Note: Although the examples below vary, indicating ‘Freshman’ in some cases and ‘Transfer’ in others, the process is the same for all entrants paying their NSEOF.

Student Portal

Step 1.   Begin Confirmation

Step 2.   Select an Offer

Selecting an application will enable the Next button.

  • Applicants with only one application in offered status will not see this page. Proceed to Step 3.
  • Applicants with no applications in offered status will see a message in the grey box that reads “You don’t have any offers of admission eligible to be confirmed.”
  • Applicants with an application already confirmed will see a message that reads “You have already accepted an offer of admission.”

 

Step 3.   Accept or Decline Offer

The Next button is enabled once a selection has been made.

The Cancel button will return you to the Begin Confirmation page.

 

Step 4.   Method of Payment

The Next button is enabled once a selection has been made.
If paying with a web check, proceed to Step 5.
If paying with a credit card, proceed to Step 8.

 

Step 5.   Review Confirmation for Web Check

The Cancel button will return you to the Choose Payment Method page.

 

Step 6. Web Check Payment

The Submit Payment and Confirm button will be enabled once an account type is selected and all other fields have been entered. Make sure to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions section. Once the Submit Payment and Confirm button is enabled, clicking on it will perform the confirmation update.

 

Step 7.   Confirmation

You will receive an emailed receipt of your confirmation and payment shortly after you confirm your enrollment and pay your NSEOF fee. You may also print this receipt by selecting the Print Confirmation button in the top right corner.
You can also access MyUW by selecting the Log in to MyUW link in the bottom right corner.

 

Step 8.   Review Confirmation for Credit Card

The Cancel button will return you to the Choose Payment Method page.

 

Step 9.   Credit Card Payment

Be sure to use your Billing Address when paying with a credit card. PayPal will decline your card if you use an address not affiliated with your credit card.

 

Step 10.   Confirmation Update

You will receive an emailed receipt of your confirmation and payment shortly after you confirm your enrollment and pay your NSEOF fee. You may also print this receipt by selecting the Print Confirmation button in the top right corner.

You can also access MyUW by selecting the Log in to MyUW link in the bottom right corner.

 

Declined Offer

The Cancel link will take you back to the Accept or Decline Offer page. You will not be able to return to the Accept or Decline Offer page once you have selected the Submit and Decline link.
